As a student at Colorado State University, co-founder Blake Craig needed a way to generate extra income. Like many college students, Blake faced the challenge of balancing a busy class schedule with work. He needed a job with the flexibility to control his schedule, and the freedom to choose when and where he worked.
The answer for Blake was to create teams with his network of friends and complete manual labor jobs for people in the community who needed help. This concept eventually took off when Blake met co-founder Josh Moser in early 2016. They met at an entrepreneurship event called 3 Day Startup which was hosted at the College of Business at Colorado State University.
